WellnessLiving Achieve Client App
The WellnessLiving Achieve Client App provides clients with a convenient way to stay connected to your business. It allows them to view their schedules and book services, classes, events, or assets from any device — including their smartphones. They can also purchase products or services and redeem rewards points directly through the app.
When you update the Achieve Client App, it is automatically available for download by current users of the app. The version number is displayed at the top of the About screen.
Tap the button to access the menu and display options that allow you to customize the app settings. Settings that can be adjusted include the App name, app icon, app launch screen, language preferences, and button styles. See Achieve Client App: Customizing the app for more details.
Using the My Schedule tab, clients can view their past and upcoming appointments, classes, and event bookings. If a scheduled service has been cancelled, the cancellation date is displayed along with any wait list position they have on a service. Depending on your business setting, clients can cancel individual recurring bookings of any service type or all bookings in a series (with or without an end date) from the Achieve Client App. Staff members can cancel class and appointment bookings on a client’s behalf if the client hasn't canceled their own reservation.
The WellnessLiving Achieve Client app also makes it easy for clients to review your business and share their experiences with friends on social media. This helps to build your reputation and attract new clients.
